1. Provide all necessary on the job training to staff to ensure all activities are conducted in a safe & efficient manner.
2. Manage all processing activities in compliance with the Poultry Systems.
3. Review the production plan with the planning Dept. to ensure the products are always available to the consumers.
4. Maximize service to internal customers, right product, and right time at the right specification.
5. Optimize product (yield & wastage) and plant utilization to maximize the contribution to profitability of the operation.
